90-Day Money-Back Guarantee — If you're not completely satisfied with your VitrexPro for any reason, return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be made within 90 days of the delivery date
- The item must be in its original or reasonable condition
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
We accept returns for any reason — defective product, not as described, changed your mind, or simply unsatisfied.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Subject: Return Request — Order #[your order number]
- Include your name, order number, and reason (optional)
We will respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you by email that your refund has been approved
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days
- Allow an additional 2–10 days for the amount to appear on your statement
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You do not need to return a defective item.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank first. If the issue persists, email us at support@vitrexpro.com.
7. Return Shipping
For returns due to defect or our error — we cover return shipping entirely. For change-of-mind returns, a return shipping label will be provided and the cost may be deducted from your refund (typically $5–$10 depending on location).
