1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates

Free shipping on all orders — no minimum required.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

We ship from local warehouses to minimize delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
  • European Union: 3–7 business days
  • Australia: 5–10 business days

These are estimates only and may vary depending on your exact location, carrier availability, and customs processing.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@vitrexpro.com.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped within the US, UK, EU, and Australia, there are generally no additional customs fees. In rare cases, your local customs authority may apply import duties or taxes. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer. VitrexPro has no control over customs fees and cannot predict if or when they may be applied.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@vitrexpro.com. We can only make address changes before the order has shipped. Once shipped, we are unable to redirect packages.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  • Check with neighbors or building reception
  • Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early
  • Contact us at support@vitrexpro.com with your order number

We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, reship your order or issue a full refund.

8. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

The product

How long before I feel relief?

Most women feel the heat within the first minute or two. For cramp relief, the combination of heat and vibration usually kicks in within 5 to 10 minutes. The feedback we hear most is that it works faster than anything else they've tried.

Can I wear it under my clothes?

Yes. That's the whole point. It sits flat against your body and fits under normal clothes without showing. Women wear it to work, on public transport, at the gym, on nights out. Nobody can tell.

How long does the battery last?

Between 2 and 3 hours depending on the heat level you use. Enough to get through a work morning or a long journey. It charges via USB so you can top it up anywhere.

Is it safe to use every month?

Completely. Heat therapy for period pain has been used for decades. PeriodEase has an auto-shutoff after 30 minutes so you never have to worry about overheating, and the temperature stays within a safe range throughout.

Will it fit me?

The elastic strap is fully adjustable and fits waist sizes from 60cm to 110cm. It works for most body types and stays secure whether you're sitting, standing, or moving around.

Can I use it for back pain too?

Yes. Many women use it for lower back pain during their period. You can position it wherever the discomfort is worst, lower abdomen or lower back.

What if it doesn't work for me?

You have 60 days to try it. If it doesn't do what we say it does, you get a full refund. No forms, no hassle.
